- Call analytics and reporting
- Integration with third-party business systems
2.2. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We target 99.9% uptime but do not provide service level guarantees unless specified in a separate written agreement.
2.3. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes that may adversely affect your use of the Service.
3. Account Registration and Security

8.2. AI Technology Limitations
You acknowledge that our AI technology, while advanced, may not be perfect and could occasionally misinterpret communications or make errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses or actions.
8.3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

10. Termination
10.1. Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice or using the cancellation features in your account dashboard. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
10.2. Termination by Us
We may terminate your account immediately without notice if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited activities. We may also terminate with thirty (30) days notice for any reason.
10.3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
11.1. Binding Arbitration
ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, EXCEPT THAT YOU MAY ASSERT CLAIMS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF YOUR CLAIMS QUALIFY.
11.2. Arbitration Procedures
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in the jurisdiction where our principal office is located, unless otherwise agreed.
11.3. Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
